Our Service Charges
  • 10% of total package price deducted on cancellation (cash refund).
  • 5% deducted if adjusted within 3 months.
  • Deduction applies in addition to hotel/transport cancellation charges.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
  • 14+ days before: 100% refund.
  • 7–13 days before: 75% refund.
  • 24 hrs – 6 days: 60% refund.
  • Within 24 hrs: 60% refund or future adjustment (subject to availability).
  • Note: Some hotels allow only date adjustments, not refunds – confirm in advance.
Transport Cancellation Policy
  • 7+ days before: 100% refund.
  • 24 hrs – 6 days: 1-day car rent charged.
  • Within 24 hrs: Min. 2 days’ car rent charged.
  • Note: Bus/Train/Air ticket refunds as per provider policies – Eventica facilitates but isn’t liable for deductions/delays.
Notes
  • Hotel & transport cancellation charges apply on top of service charges.
  • Refunds processed within 4–5 working days.
  • No refund for unused services (jeep ride, activities, day visits, etc).
  • Full payment due 03 days before departure. Driver details shared after payment.
  • Payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card.
  • Tickets (Bus/Air/Train) are subject to availability. Booking confirmed only after payment. Airfare may change anytime.
  • Eventica isn’t liable for ticket cancellations/changes by service providers.
  • Hotel check-in: 2 PM, check-out: 12 PM. Early/late stays depend on availability and may cost extra.
  • Triple/Quad sharing includes extra mattress.
  • Twin rooms only for couples (with Nikkah Nama), 2 males/females, or siblings.
  • AC in rooms is not guaranteed.
  • Drivers may switch off AC in hills or during stopovers.
  • If a location is closed, alternative plans will be made.
  • No refunds for weather, strikes, or technical delays.
  • Extra costs due to disruptions are on the customer.
  • Fuel price hikes may change the package rate.
  • Company not liable for loss, injury, or delays.
  • Illegal items not allowed.
  • Violation of rules may lead to booking cancellation.
  • Driver/tour guide details will be shared a day before departure. Please coordinate directly.
  • Carry your original CNIC at all times.
  • Bring personal toiletries and a water bottle.
  • Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers.
  • Keep essential medications (e.g., motion sickness, Panadol, Flagyl).
  • Carry enough cash; ATMs may not be available.
  • Expect limited network; bring a power bank.
  • High altitudes may cause dizziness; not ideal for infants, the elderly, or asthmatic patients without preparation.
  • Hunza’s glacial water is dark due to natural silicate minerals but is 100% safe and healthy to drink.
