• Departure details, including the meetup point and tour guide information, will be provided one day before departure, i.e., Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once received, kindly coordinate with the guide for further communication.
• Seats are not reserved in advance and follow a rotation policy throughout the trip. Members will rotate between front, middle, and back seats each day. Eventica Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats. We encourage cooperation, especially when accommodating elderly members. Seat changes may be made through mutual understanding.
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
• Please note that during stopovers, the vehicle’s AC will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
• Travelers must carry essential medications, such as road sickness medicine and any personal medication they may require. If you have a specific medical condition or require special medication, please inform us beforehand.
• The ideal luggage weight is 5 kg. Travel light! Excess luggage means more time spent packing and unpacking. We also recommend carrying a backpack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
• All members must behave ethically and respectfully toward fellow trip participants. Members are strongly encouraged to avoid religious or political arguments during the trip.
• Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation may result in the termination of your trip on the spot.

• Every participant must carry their original CNIC/NICOP throughout the trip.
• Foreign nationals are not allowed to book group trips. However, similar private tour options are available.
• Completing the Undertaking/Registration Form with 100% accurate personal details is mandatory for every member at the time of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed without a completed form.
• All pictures and videos provided or captured by tour guides during the trip are the intellectual property of Eventica Travels. We reserve the right to use and publish them on our social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Please avoid sharing personal pictures or videos in WhatsApp groups with other members or guides if you do not wish them to be published on social media later.
• If any of your pictures or videos are uploaded publicly and you are uncomfortable with them being shared, you may contact us at any time, and they will be removed immediately.
• Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form during registration is mandatory. If a child does not fall within the specified age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge an additional amount.
• A photocopy of the Nikah Nama or an updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples requesting a separate room.
• A minimum of 8–10 members is required to operate a trip. If Eventica Travels cancels a trip due to insufficient registrations, members who have made payments will be entitled to a 100% refund or may transfer the paid amount to the next trip.
• We continuously strive to improve our tour itineraries and services. If improvements are necessary or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require changes, we reserve the right to modify itineraries and substitute hotels.
• If any destination mentioned in the itinerary is closed, the tour guide will determine an alternative route or destination for the day.
• In case of late arrival, the tour bus will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before departing. Eventica Travels will not be responsible for missed departures or any additional expenses arising from such incidents.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the participation of any member who misbehaves with fellow travelers at any time during the trip.
• Members participate in the tour at their own risk regarding loss of or injury to persons or property. The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense arising during the tour, subject to applicable law.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided during or after the trip for disruptions caused by rain, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires, engine failures, vehicle malfunctions, strikes, protests, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, subject to applicable law.

• 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
• 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
• 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
• 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.

Note:

• All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
• No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
• Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
• Refunds for bus, train, or flight tickets depend on the provider’s policy. Eventica will assist but isn’t liable for delays or deductions.
