• Day 01: Departure from Karachi to Islamabad via Bus/Train while flight participants depart the next day.
• Day 02: Arrival in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, hotel check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.
• Day 03: Long scenic journey from Islamabad to Jaglot/Gonar Farm via Naran, Lulusar Lake, and Babusar Top.
• Day 04: Travel to Fairy Meadows via Raikot and Tattu Village followed by an adventurous trek to the meadows.
• Day 05: Explore Fairy Meadows with optional trekking to Beyal Camp, Reflection Lake, and Nanga Parbat viewpoint.
• Day 06: Trek back from Fairy Meadows and travel towards Skardu with a stop at Shangrila Lake.
• Day 07: Full-day excursion to Manthokha Waterfall, Shigar Fort, and Sarfaranga Cold Desert.

• 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
• 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.

• All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
• No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
• Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
• Refunds for bus, train, or flight tickets depend on the provider’s policy. Eventica will assist but isn’t liable for delays or deductions.

• Travel light – ideal luggage is 10kg + a small backpack.

• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the journey.

• Vehicle will be turned off during stopovers – plan accordingly.

• Carry enough cash – ATMs may not be available at all spots.
• Report 1 hour before departure; late arrivals may be left behind.
• No pre-reserved seats – first-come, first-served on Day 1; cooperate & respect elders.
• Maintain ethical behavior; avoid political or religious arguments.
• Expect weak/no mobile network in some areas; carry a power bank.
• Book at least a week in advance to secure your slot.
