Detail Itinerary
Day 01 (Friday) – Departure from Karachi
- Travel to Islamabad via bus or train.
- Participants choosing the flight option will depart the following day.
Day 02 (Saturday) Arrival in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi.
- Arrive in Islamabad / Rawalpindi by evening.
- Travel to the hotel using your own conveyance.
- Check in at the hotel and relax.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
- Hotel options: Index Hotel, Hardrock Hotel G-15, FT Residencia Guest House, or equivalent.
- Dinner: Savour’s Chicken Pulao with Shami Kababs, fresh salad, raita and a cold drink, served in a box.
Important: Hotel check-in starts at 02:00 PM. On the first night, dinner is served in rooms only between 09:30 PM and 10:00 PM. Airport or station pickup is available on request for an additional charge.
Day 03 (Sunday) – Journey to Jaglot / Gonar Farm
- Estimated travel time: 11–13 hours.
- Depart at 03:00 AM via the Besham–Dasu route (Old KKH).
- Breakfast stop on the way.
- Arrive in Jaglot / Gonar Farm in the late evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay.
- Accommodation: Safe Haven Guest House, United Hotel, or equivalent.
Day 04 (Monday) – Jaglot / Gonar Farm to Skardu
- Estimated travel time: 6–7 hours.
- Breakfast call and departure for Skardu.
- Make a short stop at Astak Nala.
- Visit Kachura Lake and enjoy leisure time by the lake.
- Trek back to Lower Kachura Lake / Shangrila Resort.
- Arrive in Skardu at night.
- Dinner and overnight stay.
- Accommodation: Al Noor Starlet Hotel / Guest House, or equivalent.
Day 05 (Tuesday) – Manthokha Waterfall, Shigar Fort & Cold Desert
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Travel to Manthokha Waterfall and enjoy leisure time at the resort beside the waterfall.
- Continue to Shigar Valley and visit Shigar Fort.
- Take a prayer break on the way.
- Visit Sarfaranga Cold Desert.
- Optional activities may include quad biking, jeep safari, motorbiking, motor gliding and horse riding, subject to availability.
- Return to Skardu in the evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Optional desert activities are not included in the package price.
Day 06 (Wednesday) – Basho Valley Day Trip
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Travel to Basho Valley by 4×4 Prado.
- Visit the Chocolate Mountains.
- Enjoy leisure time and the breathtaking views of Basho Valley.
- Take a prayer break.
- Return to Skardu in the evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Main luggage will remain at the hotel. Take only a backpack in the jeep.
Day 07 (Thursday) – Skardu to Central Hunza
- Estimated travel time: 7–8 hours.
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Hunza.
- Enjoy sightseeing stops at the Three Great Mountains Junction viewpoint and Rakaposhi viewpoint.
- Take a prayer break on the way.
- Visit Altit Fort / Baltit Fort and Karimabad Market.
- Check in at the hotel.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Hunza.
- Accommodation: Signature Hunza / Hunza Elites, or equivalent.
Day 08 (Friday) – Central Hunza
The Day 08 activities were not included in the supplied itinerary. Confirm the sightseeing plan, meals, accommodation and departure details before publishing.
Day 09 (Saturday) – Hunza to Besham / Mansehra
- Estimated travel time: 10–12 hours.
- Check out from the hotel.
- Breakfast stop on the way.
- Depart for Besham / Mansehra, with short stops along the route.
- Arrive by late evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Besham / Mansehra.
Day 10 (Sunday) – Besham / Mansehra to Islamabad
- Estimated travel time: Approximately 8 hours.
- Breakfast call and departure.
- Visit Khanpur Lake for optional water-sports activities, subject to availability.
- Take a prayer break and travel to Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
- The tour ends for Islamabad participants upon arrival at the hotel.
- Karachi participants check in for an overnight stay.

Traveller’s Instruction
- Departure details, including the hotel name, tour guide details, etc., will be provided on the departure day, i.e., Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once received, kindly coordinate with the guide for further correspondence.
- Seats in the Coaster, Grand Cabin, and Jeep are not reserved in advance. Seating follows a rotation policy from the first day of the trip (one day in the front, the next in the middle or back, and so on). Eventica Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats. We encourage cooperation, especially in accommodating elderly members. Seat changes can be made by mutual understanding.
- For males, pack 2–3 jeans or trousers, a few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, a jacket, a raincoat or umbrella, and a trekking stick (optional).
- For females, pack 3–4 suits, a jacket, joggers, a raincoat or umbrella, a shawl, and a trekking stick (optional).
- Bring your personal toiletries, including toothpaste, face wash, etc.
- Carry a personal water bottle.
- Please follow the tour guide’s instructions throughout the trip.
- Please note that during stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
- Travelers should carry essential medications, such as road sickness medicine and other personal necessities. If you have a specific medical condition or require medication, please inform us beforehand.
- Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses, as ATMs may not be available at all locations.
- Members must report one hour before the departure time and remain punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being left behind at any location.
- The ideal luggage weight is 10 kg. Travel light! More luggage means more time spent packing and unpacking. Also, carry a backpack to avoid carrying your luggage everywhere.
- Members must behave ethically and respectfully toward fellow trip members. Everyone is strongly encouraged to avoid religious or political arguments during the trip.
- Expect weak mobile signals in certain areas, with no network coverage in some locations. Carry a power bank, as charging facilities may be limited along the way.
- We advise confirming your booking as early as possible to secure your slot before availability runs out.
- At high altitudes, guests may experience dizziness due to lower oxygen availability. Parents traveling with infants, elderly guests, and people with asthma are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions.
- Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation may result in removal from the trip on the spot.
Terms & Conditions
- Every participant must carry their original CNIC/NICOP.
- Foreign nationals are not allowed to book group trips. However, similar private tours are available.
- The Undertaking/Registration Form is mandatory for every member to complete at the time of booking with 100% accurate personal details. Bookings will not be confirmed without a completed form.
- All pictures and videos provided or captured by the guides during the trip are the intellectual property of Eventica Travels. We reserve the right to use and publish them on our social media platforms and marketing channels.
- Avoid sharing personal pictures or videos in WhatsApp groups with other members or guides if you do not want them to be posted on social media later.
- If any of your pictures or videos are uploaded publicly and you are uncomfortable with them being shared, you may contact us at any time, and they will be removed immediately.
- Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form is mandatory at registration. If a child does not fall within the specified age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge an additional amount.
- A photocopy of the Nikah Nama or an updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples requesting a separate room.
- A minimum of 8–10 members is required to operate a trip. If Eventica Travels cancels a trip due to insufficient registrations, members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or may transfer the amount to the next trip.
- We constantly strive to improve our tour itineraries and features. If improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require changes, we reserve the right to modify itineraries and substitute hotels.
- If any location mentioned in the itinerary is closed, the guide will determine an alternative route for the day.
- In case of late arrival, the tour bus will depart after a waiting period of 15 minutes. Eventica Travels will not be responsible for any resulting inconvenience or additional expenses.
- Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with fellow participants at any time during the trip.
- Members participate at their own risk with respect to loss or injury to persons or property. The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense that may arise during the tour.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided during or after the trip in cases involving rain, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires
