• Day 01: Karachi → Skardu (Kachura Exploration)
  • Flight from Karachi to Skardu and airport reception.
  • Visit Soq Valley and enjoy leisure time.
  • Explore Upper Kachura Lake and optional activities (boating, jet ski, zipline, etc.).
  • Visit Lower Kachura Lake (Shangrila Resort).
  • Transfer to hotel in Skardu, dinner, and overnight stay.
• Day 02: Deosai National Park Excursion
  • Breakfast and departure for Deosai National Park.
  • Visit Satpara Lake, Deosai Top, Bara Pani, Kala Pani, and Sheosar Lake.
  • Sightseeing and photography stops throughout the day.
  • Return to Skardu in the evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Skardu.
• Day 03: Shigar Valley, Manthokha Waterfall & Cold Desert
  • Visit Manthokha Waterfall and enjoy leisure time.
  • Explore Shigar Valley and Shigar Fort.
  • Visit Sarfaranga Cold Desert and enjoy optional adventure activities.
  • Return to Skardu by evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Skardu.
• Day 04: Basho Meadows Adventure
  • Travel to Basho Valley via 4×4 vehicles.
  • Visit the famous Chocolate Mountains.
  • Enjoy breathtaking views and leisure time in Basho Meadows.
  • Return to Skardu in the evening.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Skardu.
• Day 05: Skardu → Karachi
  • Breakfast and hotel checkout.
  • Transfer to Skardu Airport.
  • Flight back to Karachi.
  • End of Tour.

*The hotel will charge for any additional items ordered by the client at breakfast or dinner.

• Cancellation Before 15 Days: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation Within 15 Days: No refund will be provided on the advance amount.

• The advance payment will be treated as 100% of the paid amount for refund calculation purposes.
• Hotel and transportation cancellation charges will be deducted in addition to applicable service charges.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
• No refunds will be issued for any unused services during the trip, including jeep rides, sightseeing visits, meals, activities, or any other included services.

• Full payment must be made before departure. Driver details will only be shared after payment confirmation.
• Luggage allowance is 20kg per person. Travelers are advised to pack light and carry a backpack for convenience.
• Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Eventica Travels is not responsible for last-minute hotel changes, including room category changes, booking modifications, or cancellations, but will assist with alternative arrangements where possible.
• Any complimentary room upgrade is solely at the discretion of the hotel management and is not guaranteed by Eventica Travels.
• Triple and quad sharing accommodations will be provided with mattresses.
• Drivers may turn off the AC/heater in certain hilly areas for safety and vehicle performance. Vehicles may also be switched off during stopovers.
• If any attraction mentioned in the itinerary is inaccessible or closed, the operations team will arrange an alternate plan.
• No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, vehicle issues, accidents, strikes, protests, or political unrest.
• Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances will be the responsibility of the traveler.
• Any increase in fuel prices before the trip departure may result in additional charges.
• Travelers are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Eventica Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense during the tour.
• Eventica Travels is not responsible for any unlawful items carried by passengers, including weapons, drugs, or other prohibited materials.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking if the traveler fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

• Departure details, including driver and tour guide information (if applicable), will be shared one day before departure. Guests are requested to coordinate directly with the driver for pickup arrangements.
• All travelers must carry their original CNIC throughout the trip.
• A child’s Birth Certificate or B-Form is mandatory at the time of registration. Additional charges may apply if the child’s age does not fall within the specified age category.
• Married couples requesting a separate room must provide a copy of their Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC showing marital status.
• Guests are advised to bring personal toiletries and a reusable water bottle.
• Please note that vehicles will be switched off during stopovers, including for passengers who remain inside.
• Travelers should carry essential medicines, including motion sickness medication, pain relievers, and other personal prescriptions.
• Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses, as ATM facilities may not be available at all destinations.
• Mobile network coverage may be weak or unavailable in certain areas. Guests are encouraged to carry a power bank for charging electronic devices.
• At high altitudes, some travelers may experience dizziness or discomfort due to lower oxygen levels. Parents with infants, elderly travelers, and individuals with respiratory conditions should take necessary precautions.
