• Please ensure to follow the tour guide’s instructions.
• Members should report an hour before departure; in case of late arrival, the bus will leave after 15 minutes and EVENTICA will not bear any extra expense.
• Members must behave ethically with fellow group members; EVENTICA can cancel the trip of anyone who misbehaves.
• No refunds will be given if a member leaves or exits during the trip.
• EVENTICA is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of valuable items.
• No refunds in case of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances such as rain, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires, engine failure, or vehicle malfunction.
• Extra expenses due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the client.
• EVENTICA may cancel the booking anytime if terms and conditions are violated.
• Personal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Any hike in fuel prices before the trip will result in additional charges.

• Departure details (tour guide info, etc.) will be shared one day before the trip after Jummah; stay in contact with the guide once details are provided.
• Every participant must carry their original CNIC; married couples needing a separate room must bring a CNIC or Nikah Nama copy.
• Travel light—ideal luggage weight is 3 KG; carry a backpack to avoid handling heavy luggage everywhere.
• For gents: jeans, trouser, shirt/T-shirt, joggers, and a jacket.
• For ladies: comfortable suit, jacket, joggers, and a shawl.
• Be punctual; late arrival may result in being left at the designated location.
