*People opting for by air route will leave a day later from Karachi and arrive a day earlier to Karachi
- Day 01 – Friday: Depart from Karachi and travel to Islamabad by bus or train. Participants choosing the flight option will depart the following day.
- Day 02 – Saturday: Arrive in Islamabad/Rawalpindi by evening and transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
- Day 03 – Sunday: Depart early morning for Naran with a breakfast stop at Balakot and short stops at Kewai Waterfall and Kaghan. Enjoy Naran Bazaar and rafting at River Kunhar before dinner and overnight stay.
- Day 04 – Monday: Travel from Naran to Hunza with scenic stops at Lulusar Lake, Babusar Top and Nanga Parbat View Point. Arrive in Hunza by night for dinner and overnight stay.
- Day 05 – Tuesday: Explore Upper Hunza, including Attabad Lake, Passu Cones and Rainbow Suspension Bridge. Continue towards Khunjerab Pass/China Border if accessible, or explore Gulmit and Borith Lake.
- Day 06 – Wednesday: Discover Central Hunza with visits to Altit Fort, Royal Garden and the beautiful Hopper Valley and Glacier. Explore Karimabad Bazaar and enjoy panoramic views from Eagle Nest before returning to the hotel.
- Day 07 – Thursday: Depart Hunza for Naran via Babusar Top with scenic short stops and prayer breaks along the way. Arrive in Naran by late evening for dinner and overnight stay.
- Day 08 – Friday: Travel from Naran to Islamabad via Muzaffarabad with sightseeing stops at Kiwai, Balakot and Ghari Habibullah. Visit Kashmir Waterfall before reaching Islamabad/Rawalpindi by evening.
- Day 09 – Saturday: Check out from the hotel and travel to the bus terminal or railway station. Depart Islamabad/Rawalpindi for Karachi by bus, train or optional flight.
- Day 10 – Sunday: Arrive back in Karachi after completing the journey through Naran, Hunza and Kashmir. End of the tour with unforgettable memories of Pakistan’s northern landscapes.

Note:
- All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
- No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
- Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
- Refunds for bus, train, or flight tickets depend on the provider’s policy. Eventica will assist but isn’t liable for delays or deductions.
- Every participant must carry their original CNIC/NICOP throughout the trip.
- Foreign nationals are not allowed to book group trips. Similar services are available through private tours.
- The Undertaking/Registration Form is mandatory for every member and must be completed at the time of booking with 100% accurate personal details. Bookings will not be confirmed without a completed form.
- All pictures/videos provided or captured by the guides during the trip are the intellectual property of Eventica Travels. We reserve the right to use and publish them on our social media platforms and marketing channels.
- Members are advised not to share personal pictures/videos in WhatsApp groups with other members or guides if they do not want them to be used on social media.
- If any member’s picture/video is uploaded and they are not comfortable with it being publicly shared, they may contact us at any time, and the content will be removed immediately.
- Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form is mandatory at the time of registration. If a child does not fall within the mentioned age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge an additional amount.
- A photocopy of the Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples requiring a separate room.
- The minimum number of members required to operate a trip is 8–10. If Eventica Travels cancels a trip due to low registration, members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or may transfer the paid amount to the next trip.
- Eventica Travels constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. Due to improvements or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify itineraries and substitute hotels when necessary.
- In case any spot mentioned in the itinerary is closed or inaccessible, the tour guide will determine an alternate route or activity for the day.
- In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. Eventica Travels will not be responsible for any loss or additional expenses resulting from late arrival.
- Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with fellow members or staff at any time during the trip.
- Members shall be considered responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. Eventica Travels will not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense arising during the tour.
- No refund or compensation will be provided during or after the trip in case of rain, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires, engine failures, vehicle malfunctions, strikes, protests, political unrest, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Any increase in fuel prices before the start of the trip may result in additional charges to the package price.
- Any complaints regarding services such as hotels, transport, meals, or other facilities must be reported immediately to the group leader or sales representative. Complaints made after completion of the trip will be considered, but will not result in compensation.
- Any additional expenses arising due to the above-mentioned or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the member.
- Eventica Travels will not be held responsible for any unlawful items or irregularities carried by a passenger, including weapons or drugs.
- Any damage caused by a member to a hotel room, vehicle, or other facilities will be charged directly by the relevant management.
- Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time if a member fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Departure details, including the hotel name, tour guide details, and other information, will be provided on the departure day, Friday, after Jummah prayer. Once received, kindly coordinate with the guide for further communication.
- Seats in the Coaster, Grand Cabin, and Jeep are not reserved in advance and follow a rotation policy from the first day of the trip. Seats will rotate between the front, middle, and back, and Eventica Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats. Cooperation is encouraged, especially for accommodating elderly members.
- For Males: Bring 2–3 jeans/trousers, a few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, a jacket, raincoat/umbrella, and a trekking stick (optional).
- For Females: Bring 3–4 suits, a jacket, joggers, raincoat/umbrella, shawl, and a trekking stick (optional).
- Bring your personal toiletries, including toothpaste, face wash, and other essentials.
- Carry a personal water bottle throughout the trip.
- Please follow the tour guide’s instructions and guidelines throughout the trip.
- During stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
- Travelers should carry essential medications for personal needs and motion sickness. If you require regular medication, please inform us beforehand.
- Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses, as ATMs may not be available at all locations.
- Members must report at least one hour before the scheduled departure time and remain punctual throughout the trip. Late arrival may result in being left behind.
- The ideal luggage weight is 10kg. Travel light to make packing and unpacking easier. A backpack is recommended for carrying essentials during excursions.
- Members must behave ethically and respectfully with fellow travelers. Religious and political arguments should be avoided during the trip.
- Mobile network coverage may be weak or unavailable in certain areas. Carry a power bank, as charging facilities may be limited along the way.
- We recommend confirming your booking as early as possible to secure your slot before availability is filled.
- At high altitudes, guests may experience dizziness or discomfort due to reduced oxygen levels. Parents with infants, elderly travelers, and asthmatic individuals are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions.
- Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Any violation may result in termination of the trip on the spot.
