• Day 01 (Wednesday): Departure from Karachi
  • Departure from Karachi and travel to Islamabad via Bus or Train.
  • Note: Participants choosing the flight option will depart the next day.
• Day 02 (Thursday): Arrival in Islamabad / Rawalpindi
  • Reach Islamabad/Rawalpindi by evening.
  • Travel to the hotel via own conveyance.
  • Check in at the hotel and have some rest.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Accommodation: Index Hotel / Hardrock Hotel G-15 / FT Residencia Guest House or equivalent.
  • Menu: Famous Savour’s Chicken Pulao with Shami Kababs, fresh salad, raita, and cold drink.
  • Note: Airport/Station pickup is available on request (additional charges apply).
  • Hotel check-in time starts from 02:00 PM.
  • Dinner on the first night will be served in rooms from 09:30 PM to 10:00 PM only.

• Day 03 (Friday): Islamabad – Jaglot
  • Departure for Jaglot at 03:00 AM via Naran.
  • Breakfast at Balakot.
  • Sightseeing at Naran, Batakundi, Lulusar Lake, and Babusar Top.
  • Prayer break on the way.
  • Late evening arrival in Jaglot.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Jaglot.
  • Accommodation: United Inn Hotel or equivalent.
  • Estimated travel time: 11–13 hours.
• Day 04 (Saturday): Jaglot – Kutwal
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Departure for Sassi.
  • Travel to Goro Valley via 4×4 jeep.
  • Start trekking towards Kutwal.
  • Estimated trekking time: 3–4 hours.
  • Arrival and check-in at the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Kutwal.
  • Accommodation: Kutwal Lake Hotel & Restaurant or equivalent.
• Day 05 (Sunday): Kutwal – Haramosh Basecamp
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Travel to Kutwal Lake and spend some time enjoying the surroundings.
  • Start trekking towards Haramosh Basecamp.
  • Estimated trekking time: 6–7 hours.
  • Upon arrival, enjoy the breathtaking views.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Kutwal.
  • Accommodation: Kutwal Lake Hotel & Restaurant or equivalent.
• Day 06 (Monday): Kutwal – Astore
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Trek back to Goro Valley.
  • Travel to Sassi via 4×4 jeep.
  • Arrival at Sassi and departure for Astore.
  • Arrival and check-in at the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Astore.
  • Accommodation: Hill View Hotel or equivalent.
• Day 07 (Tuesday): Astore – Thrashing – Herligkoffer Basecamp
  • Early morning call for breakfast.
  • Travel to Thrashing via 4×4 jeep.
  • Spend some time exploring the area.
  • Start trekking towards Herligkoffer Basecamp.
  • Estimated trekking time: 1–2 hours.
  • Trek back to Thrashing.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Thrashing.
• Day 09 (Thursday): Naran – Islamabad / Rawalpindi
  • Breakfast call in the morning.
  • Prayer break on the way.
  • Travel back to Islamabad/Rawalpindi by evening.
  • The tour will end for Islamabad members upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Check-in at the hotel for Karachi members.
  • Overnight stay in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Accommodation: Index Hotel / Hardrock Hotel G-15 / FT Residencia Guest House or equivalent.

  • Hotel check-out time is maximum 12:00 PM.
  • Airport/Station drop is available on request (additional charges apply).
  • Flight option is also available for participants who wish to travel to Karachi by air.

• Departure details, including hotel name and tour guide information, will be provided on the departure day, i.e., Friday after Jummah prayer. Once received, kindly coordinate with the tour guide for further communication.
• Seats in the Coaster, Grand Cabin, and Jeep are not reserved in advance and will follow a rotation policy from the first day of the trip. Participants may sit in the front one day and in the middle or back the next day. Eventica Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats. We encourage cooperation, especially when accommodating elderly participants. Seat changes may also be made through mutual understanding.
• For Males: Pack 2–3 pairs of jeans or trousers, a few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, a jacket, raincoat/umbrella, and an optional trekking stick.
• For Females: Pack 3–4 suits, a jacket, joggers, raincoat/umbrella, shawl, and an optional trekking stick.
• Please bring your personal toiletries, such as toothpaste, face wash, and other essentials.
• Carry a personal water bottle throughout the trip.
• Please follow the instructions of the Tour Manager/Guide throughout the trip.
• Please note that during stopovers, the vehicle may be turned off even if passengers remain inside.
• Travelers should carry essential medications, such as motion sickness medicine, Panadol, and other necessary personal medicines. If you have any specific medical condition or require special medication, please inform us beforehand.
• Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses, as ATM facilities may not be available at all locations.
• Members must report at least one hour before the scheduled departure time. Please remain punctual throughout the trip. Failure to arrive on time may result in the participant being left behind.
• The ideal luggage weight is approximately 10 kg. Travel light, as excessive luggage increases packing and unpacking time. Carry a backpack for essential items to avoid carrying your main luggage everywhere.
• All members are expected to behave ethically and respectfully with fellow travelers. Participants are strongly encouraged to avoid religious or political arguments during the trip.
• Mobile network coverage may be weak or unavailable in certain areas. Carry a power bank, as charging facilities may be limited during the journey.
• We recommend confirming your booking as early as possible to secure your seat before availability is filled.
• At high altitudes, some travelers may experience dizziness or discomfort due to lower oxygen levels. Parents traveling with infants, elderly travelers, and individuals with respiratory concerns should take appropriate precautions and consult a qualified healthcare professional if necessary.
• Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. Any violation of the rules may result in removal from the trip without further responsibility on the part of the organizers.

• Every participant must carry their original CNIC/NICOP throughout the trip.
• Foreign nationals are not eligible to book group trips. However, similar private tours can be arranged.
• The Undertaking/Registration Form is mandatory for every participant at the time of booking. All personal details must be provided accurately. Bookings will not be confirmed without completing the required form.
• All pictures and videos provided or captured by the guides during the trip may be used by Eventica Travels for social media and marketing purposes.
• Please avoid sharing personal pictures or videos in WhatsApp groups with other members or guides if you do not wish for them to be shared publicly.
• If any of your pictures or videos are uploaded publicly and you are not comfortable with them being shared, you may contact us at any time to request their removal.
• Providing the child’s Birth Certificate or B-Form is mandatory at the time of registration. If a child does not fall within the specified age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge the applicable additional amount.
• A photocopy of the Nikkah Nama or an updated CNIC reflecting the spouse’s name is mandatory for married couples requesting a separate room.
• The minimum number of participants required to operate a trip is 8–10. If Eventica Travels cancels a trip due to low registration, members who have made payments will be entitled to a 100% refund or may transfer their amount to a future trip.
• We continuously strive to improve our tour itineraries and services. Eventica Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels when necessary due to improvements or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• In case any destination or spot mentioned in the itinerary is closed, the Tour Guide will determine an alternative route or activity for the day.
• In case of late arrival, the tour vehicle will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before departure. Eventica Travels will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants who miss the departure.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip participation of any member who misbehaves with fellow travelers, staff, or guides at any time during the trip.
• All participants are considered responsible for their own personal safety and belongings. Eventica Travels shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense that may occur during the tour.
• No refund or compensation will be provided during or after the trip due to rain, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests, political unrest, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Any increase in fuel prices before the start of the trip may result in additional charges to the package price.
• Any complaints regarding services such as hotels, transport, or meals must be reported immediately to the Tour Leader or Sales Representative. Complaints raised after the completion of the trip will be reviewed, but may not result in compensation.
• Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances or the situations mentioned above shall be borne by the participant.
• Eventica Travels will not be held responsible if a participant carries any unlawful or prohibited items, including weapons or illegal drugs.
• Any damage caused by a participant to a hotel room, vehicle, or other facilities will be charged directly to the responsible participant.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking or terminate a participant’s trip in case of failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

    • 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
    • 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
    • 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.

Note:

• • Any amount paid in advance will be considered part of the total payment, and refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund and cancellation policy.
  • If a client requests a change in travel dates, it will be treated as a cancellation, and applicable cancellation charges will apply according to the stated policy. A cash refund may be provided where applicable.
  • No refunds will be provided for the non-utilization of any service during the trip, including jeep rides, meals, sightseeing, day visits, or any other included services.
  • If Eventica Travels cancels the trip before departure due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or adjusted toward a future trip, according to the client’s preference.
  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 4–5 working days.
  • Refunds for Bus, Airline, or Train tickets will be subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective service provider. Eventica Travels will facilitate the refund process but will not be responsible for any deductions, charges, or delays imposed by the service provider.
