  • Day 01 (Friday): Departure from Karachi via Bus/Train to Islamabad.
  • Day 02 (Saturday): Arrival in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, hotel check-in, dinner & overnight stay.
  • Day 03 (Sunday): Travel to Kalam with short stops at Fizaghat & Bahrain, explore Kalam Bazaar.
  • Day 04 (Monday): Day trip to Upper Kalam (Osho Forest, Palogah Village & Mahodand Lake).
  • Day 05 (Tuesday): Excursion to Malam Jabba for skiing, chairlift & adventure activities.
  • Day 06 (Wednesday): Travel to Khanpur Lake for water sports, return to Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Day 07 (Thursday): Checkout, return journey from Islamabad/Rawalpindi to Karachi.

  • 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
  • 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
  • 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
  • 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.

  • All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
  • No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.
  • Refunds for bus, train, or flight tickets depend on the provider’s policy. Eventica will assist but isn’t liable for delays or deductions.
  • Full payment required a day before departure.
  • Group registration form is mandatory.
  • Original CNIC must be carried.
  • Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC needed for separate rooms.
  • Trip requires 10–12 people; full refund if canceled by Eventica.

  • Departure details (hotel name, tour guide info, etc.) will be shared on departure day (Friday after Jummah); coordinate with the guide once received.
  • Seats in Coaster/Grand Cabin/Jeep follow a rotation policy (front, middle, back alternately) and are not reserved; cooperate in seat changes, especially for elderly members.
  • For Gents: Pack 2–3 jeans/trousers, shirts, T-shirts, joggers, jacket, raincoat/umbrella, and optionally a trekking stick.
  • For Ladies: Pack 3–4 suits, jacket, joggers, raincoat/umbrella, shawl, and optionally a trekking stick.
  • Bring personal toiletries (toothpaste, face wash, etc.).
  • Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
  • Follow the tour guide’s instructions at all times.
  • During stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers staying inside.
  • Carry essential medicines (road sickness, Panadol, Flagyl, etc.); inform beforehand if you have any specific medical condition.
  • Carry enough cash for personal expenses as ATMs may not be available in remote areas.
  • Report at least one hour before departure; late arrivals may risk being dropped off at any location/time.
  • Keep luggage light (ideal weight 10kg); use a backpack for easy mobility instead of heavy bags.
