• Day 01 (Friday): Departure from Karachi at night with a refreshment stop at Winder.
• Day 02 (Saturday): Arrival in Khuzdar, jeep ride to Charo Machi, waterfall exploration, lunch, camping with dinner and bonfire.
• Day 03 (Sunday): Breakfast, return journey to Karachi via Khuzdar with lunch and tea stop.

• Breakfast at Khuzdar: Tea – Paratha – Omlette/Half Fry – Water
• Lunch at Charo Machi: Biryani – Cold Drinks – Water
• Dinner at Charo Machi: Chicken Karahi – Naan – Cold Drinks – Water

• 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
• 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
• 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
• 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.

Notes:

• Amount paid in advance will be considered as 100% payment and a refund will be made accordingly.
• If the client requests a change in travel dates, it will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply as per the policy. A cash refund may also be provided.
• If the company cancels the trip due to unforeseen reasons, 100% of the payment will be refunded or adjusted in a future trip, based on the client’s preference.
• No refunds will be given for non-utilization of any service during the trip, including jeep rides, day visits, or any other services.
• The refund amount will be processed within 4 to 5 working days.

• Full payment must be made one day before the departure.
• Undertaking/group registration form is mandatory for each member to fill out.
• Every participant must carry his/her original CNIC.
• Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form is mandatory at registration. Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge an additional amount if the child does not fall within the specified age bracket.
• A photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples requesting a separate camp.
• A minimum of 10–12 members is required to conduct a trip. If canceled due to low registration, paid members will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer to the next trip.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and trip at any time with full refunds.
• If any spot in the itinerary is closed, an alternate will be determined by the guide.
• In case of late arrival, the tour bus will wait for 15 minutes only. Eventica Travels will not be responsible for any extra costs in such a case.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves during the trip.
• All participants travel at their own risk. Eventica Travels is not liable for loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense during the tour.
• No refunds will be made if a member leaves the trip midway.
• No refunds will be made in case of natural or political disruptions such as rain, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, flat tires, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, or protests.
• Any additional expense in such situations will be borne by the member.
• Eventica Travels is not responsible for any unlawful items or irregularities (e.g., weapons, drugs) carried by a participant.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any violation of terms and conditions.
• Complaints regarding services (hotels, transport, meals, etc.) must be reported immediately to the group leader or representative. Post-trip complaints will be reviewed but compensation is not guaranteed.
• Any damage to hotel rooms, vehicles, or other facilities caused by a participant will be charged directly by the management.

• Departure details like meetup point, tour guide info, etc., will be shared one day before departure (Friday after Jummah prayer). Kindly coordinate with the guide for further correspondence.
• Seats are not reserved in advance and follow a rotation policy from the first day of the trip. Eventica Travels does not differentiate between front and back seats; cooperation is encouraged, especially for elderly members.
• Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
• During stopovers, the vehicle’s AC will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
• Travelers must carry essential medications like road sickness medicine, Panadol, and Flagyl. Inform the team in advance of any specific medical needs.
• Ideal luggage weight is 5kg. Travel light and carry a backpack to avoid taking full luggage everywhere.
• Members must behave ethically and morally with fellow travelers. Avoid religious or political discussions during the trip.
• Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation may result in being dropped from the trip immediately.
