The pictures provided by the team taken during the trips are intellectual property rights of Eventica Travels. We reserve the right to post them without consent. However, if you are not comfortable with your pictures being posted, kindly inform the Sales Person at the time of booking and the Tour Manager during the trip.
Full payment must be made one day before the departure.
Undertaking/group registration form is mandatory to be filled out by each member.
Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC.
Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form is mandatory at registration. If a child does not fall within our mentioned age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge an additional amount.
A photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples who need a separate room.
Minimum number of members to carry out a trip is 10-12. In case a trip is canceled by Eventica Travels due to low registration, members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer of amount to the next trip.
Eventica Travels holds the right to cancel the booking and trip at any time with refunds.
We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels.
In case of closure of any spot mentioned in the itinerary, the guide will determine an alternate route for the day.
In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Eventica Travels will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in such an incident.
Eventica can cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with fellow members at any time during the trip.
Members shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense which may arise during the tour.
No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
No refunds shall be made in case of rain, storm, landslide, road closure, accident, flat tire, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests, or any other form of political unrest.
Any additional expense shall be borne by the member in case of any above-mentioned scenario.
Eventica Travels will not be held responsible if passengers carry any unlawful items or violate regulations, including weapons/drugs.
Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
Any complaints related to the services (hotels, transport, meals, etc.) during the trip must be reported immediately to the group leader or on-ground representative. Complaints made after the trip will be considered carefully but will not result in guaranteed compensation.
Any damage to hotel room, vehicle, or other facilities caused by a participant will be charged directly by the management.
