• Day 01 (Friday): Depart from Karachi to Islamabad by Bus/Train (flight travelers depart the next day).
• Day 02 (Saturday): Arrive in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, check in to the hotel, relax, and stay overnight.
• Day 03 (Sunday): Travel through Naran and Babusar Pass to Jaglot/Gonar Farm with sightseeing stops.
• Day 04 (Monday): Drive to Skardu, visiting Upper Kachura Lake and Shangrila Resort on the way.
• Day 05 (Tuesday): Explore Manthokha Waterfall, Shigar Fort, and the Sarfaranga Cold Desert.
• Day 06 (Wednesday): Enjoy a full-day excursion to Deosai National Park and Sheosar Lake.
• Day 07 (Thursday): Travel from Skardu to Naran with scenic stops along the route.
• Day 08 (Friday): Visit Khanpur Lake, return to Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and check in for the night (Karachi members).
• Day 09 (Saturday): Check out from the hotel and travel back to Karachi by Bus, Train, or Flight.
• Day 10 (Sunday): Arrive back in Karachi, marking the end of the tour.

• Any extra expenses caused by landslides, road closures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If the trip is cancelled 15 days or more before the departure date, 90% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• If the trip is cancelled 7–14 days before the departure date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• If the trip is cancelled 5–6 days before the departure date, 25% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• No refund will be applicable for cancellations made less than 5 days before the departure date.
• The advance payment will be treated as part of the total booking amount, and refunds will be calculated according to the above cancellation policy.
• Any request to change travel dates will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation charges will apply. A refund may be processed according to the policy.
• No refund will be provided for any unused services during the trip, including transportation, jeep rides, meals, sightseeing, or other included activities.
• If Eventica Travels cancels the trip before departure due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the paid amount will either be refunded or adjusted toward a future trip, as per the participant’s preference.
• Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days after approval.
• Refunds for Bus, Train, or Airline tickets are subject to the respective service provider’s cancellation and refund policies. Eventica Travels will assist with the process but is not responsible for any deductions or delays.

• Every participant must carry their original CNIC or NICOP throughout the trip.
• Foreign nationals are not eligible to join group tours. However, customized private tours are available upon request.
• Every member must complete the Registration/Undertaking Form with accurate personal information at the time of booking. Bookings will only be confirmed after the form is submitted.
• All photos and videos captured or shared by Eventica Travels or its tour guides during the trip remain the intellectual property of Eventica Travels and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• If you do not wish your personal photos or videos to appear on social media, please avoid sharing them in the tour WhatsApp group.
• If any of your photos or videos are published and you prefer they be removed, simply contact us and we will remove them promptly.
• A Birth Certificate or B-Form is mandatory for child registrations. Additional charges may apply if the child’s age does not fall within the advertised pricing category.
• Married couples requesting a separate room must provide a copy of their Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC as proof of marriage.
• A minimum of 8–10 participants is required to operate a group tour. If the trip is cancelled due to low registrations, members will receive a full refund or may transfer their payment to another tour.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or tour arrangements due to operational improvements or unavoidable circumstances.
• If any destination in the itinerary is closed, the tour guide will arrange a suitable alternative destination or route.
• The tour vehicle will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Late participants will be responsible for arranging their own transport at their own expense.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour for inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.
• All participants travel at their own risk. Eventica Travels is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, damage, delay, or personal expenses incurred during the trip.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or disruptions caused by weather conditions, landslides, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, political unrest, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any increase in fuel prices before the departure date may result in an additional fuel surcharge.
• Complaints regarding hotels, transport, meals, or other services must be reported immediately to the tour guide or sales representative. Complaints submitted after the tour ends will be reviewed but will not qualify for compensation.
• Any additional expenses arising from unforeseen situations during the tour will be the responsibility of the participant.
• Eventica Travels is not responsible for passengers carrying illegal items, including weapons, narcotics, or prohibited substances.
• Any damage caused by a participant to hotel property, vehicles, or other facilities will be charged directly to the responsible individual.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking or terminate participation if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

• Departure details, including the hotel name and tour guide’s contact information, will be shared on the departure day (Friday) after Jummah prayer. Please coordinate with the tour guide for further updates.
• Seats in the Coaster, Grand Cabin, and Jeeps are allocated on a rotation basis from the first day of the trip. Eventica Travels does not reserve front or back seats. We encourage cooperation, especially in accommodating elderly travelers.
• Male participants are advised to pack 2–3 pairs of jeans or trousers, shirts, T-shirts, joggers, a warm jacket, a raincoat or umbrella, and an optional trekking stick.
• Female participants are advised to bring 3–4 suits, a warm jacket, joggers, a raincoat or umbrella, a shawl, and an optional trekking stick.
• Please carry your personal toiletries, including toothpaste, toothbrush, face wash, and other essential hygiene items.
• Keep a reusable personal water bottle throughout the trip.
• Follow the tour guide’s instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey.
• During stopovers, the vehicle engine will be turned off, even if passengers remain inside.
• Carry essential medicines such as motion sickness tablets, Panadol, Flagyl, and any personal medications. Inform us in advance if you have any medical condition.
• Bring sufficient cash for personal expenses, as ATM facilities may not be available in remote areas.
• Arrive at the departure point at least one hour before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may miss the tour without prior notice.
• Travel light by keeping your luggage within 10 kg. A backpack is highly recommended for convenience during sightseeing.
• Maintain respectful and ethical behavior with fellow travelers. Please avoid religious or political discussions during the tour.
• Expect limited or no mobile network coverage in certain areas. Carry a fully charged power bank, as charging facilities may be limited.
• Confirm your booking as early as possible to secure your seat before the tour reaches full capacity.
• At higher altitudes, some travelers may experience dizziness due to lower oxygen levels. Parents with infants, elderly guests, and individuals with asthma should take necessary precautions.
• Please read and follow the Terms & Conditions carefully. Any violation may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
