You can come from any city of Pakistan to Islamabad and join our trip since Islamabad is our base station.
Yes! We offer train/ bus/ air tickets for participants upon the client’s request. Also, we do not charge any commission on tickets.
Our group size varies from 12-21 persons in one vehicle.
Private Tours:
The lumpsum package price quoted is already inclusive of the kid’s charges.
Fixed departure tours: Below 3 years – Free of Cost. 3-7 Years – 50% of the charges. Above 7 Years – Full Charges.

Group Tours
– 50% Refund if Cancellation 7 Days before the trip starts.
– 30% Refund if Cancellation 5 Days before the trip starts.
– 0% Refund if Cancellation is Less than 5 Days before the trip starts.
Private/ Customized Tours:
Hotel:
– As per hotel corporate policy.
(Some hotels don’t provide cash refunds and allow adjustment of the booking within the same calendar year)
Transport:
– Before 1 week: 100% refund to be made.
– Between 1 week and 24 hours: 90% refund to be made.
– Within 24 hours: 80% refund to be made.
Service Charges – Cash Refund:
In any sort of cancelation, 10% of the total package price will be deducted as Eventica’s service charges.

Terms & Conditions
GROUP/FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS
- Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called off by EVENTICA due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
- The above mentioned hotels are subject to availability during peak season.
- 2 Person Sharing for ONLY Married Couple or Family or 2 Males or 2 Females.
- Don't pollute the environment or you will be charged for it.
- Please ensure to follow the team leader's orders.
- Be thoughtful of not failing any ethical integrity.
- Members should report an hour before departure time. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. EVENTICA will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident.
- Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, EVENTICA can cancel his/her trip at any time.
- EVENTICA is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
- EVENTICA is not responsible for the loss of any kind of valuable item.
- No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
- No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, road closure, accident, flat tires, engine failure or other vehicle mal-function etc.
- EVENTICA can cancel the booking at any time.
- EVENTICA can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Rooms are provided on Quad/4 persons sharing basis (including mattress).
- Sight tickets for forts/national parks are not included in the package.
- Bus/ Air/ Train tickets are subject to availability. If available upon checking, reservation will only be guaranteed upon transfer of payment.
- Fare & availability is based upon continuous change and any sudden change after payment will be communicated.
- The above price of the trip quoted is as per the current fuel prices, any hike in fuel price before/on the trip will lead to a change in the package price.
PRIVATE/CUSTOMIZED Tours
- All prices are net amount payable to the company & it’s exclusive of taxes so anyone wants us to add tax amount so we can add it accordingly.
- If accommodation is given in triple/ quad sharing then rooms will be provided in master/ triple bed with mattress.
- At least 50% payment to be cleared at the time of confirmation, remaining 50% before departure.
- Total payment to be made before the start of the trip
- Payment should be done via CASH / BANK TRANSFER / CHEQUE.
- Any drastic change in fuel price before tour start will increase the cost of the tour.
- Every member must keep his/her original CNIC OR Passport/ Visa in case of a foreign nationality.
- EVENTICA is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents
- EVENTICA is not responsible for the loss of any kind of valuable item.
Refund policy
PRIVATE/CUSTOMIZED Tours
Eventica Service Charges
- In any sort of cancelation, 10% of the total package price will be deducted as Eventica's service charges for cash refund or the total package price can be adjusted after deduction of 5% service charges within next 3 months of the booking. (New Package price may vary depending on the booking month) (shoulder/ peak/ off season month)
- *This service charge will be in addition to any cancellation applied for the hotel or transport.
Hotel
- Before 2 weeks: 100% refund to be made.
- Before 1 week: 75% refund to be made.
- Between 1 week and 24 hours: 60% refund to be made.
- Within 24 hours due to flight cancellation/ road block/ slides: 60% refund to be made or booking can be adjusted within the same calendar year subject to availability.
- *Some hotels don't proceed refund as per above policies and only allow adjustment within the next calendar year. Kindly confirm with your agent before booking if any hotel included in your itinerary is the same.
Transport
- Before 1 week: 100% refund to be made.
- Between 1 week and 24 hours: 1-day car rent will be charged.
- Within 24 hours: A minimum of 2 days’ car rent will be charged.
- *No refunds shall be made in case of non-utilization of any service during the trip including jeep ride, day visit or any other services.
GROUP/FIXED DEPARTURE TOURS
- 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
- 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
- 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
- 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.

Note: Amount paid in advance will be considered as 100% payment and a refund will be made accordingly.
No refunds shall be made in case of non-utilization of any service during the trip including jeep ride, day visit or any other services.
Traveler's Instructions
- For the members who booked a trip
- 1. Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC. Also, a Photocopy of Nikahnama or updated CNIC is mandatory for those married couples who need a separate room.
- 2. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking (Ideal luggage weight should be 10 KG). Also, carry a bag pack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
- 3. Keep a thermal, thermals are useful in case of extreme cold. (Optional)
- 4. For Gents, keep 2-3 pairs of jeans, a trouser, a couple of shirts, T-shirts, a pair of joggers, a jacket and you're good to go.
- 5. For Ladies, keep 3-4 suits, a couple of uppers, warm boots and a shawl.
- 6. Bring your toiletries. (Tooth paste, face wash, etc.)
- 7. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
- 8. Keep a Raincoat/Umbrella.
- 9. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandoning your trip on the spot.
- 10. Please be Punctual throughout the trip. Being late means we will have to skip a few stops for sightseeing to cover up the time.
- 11. Make sure you travel like a family and make all its members safe and connected to each other while respecting the locals.
