• Day 01: Departure from Karachi, visit Ranikot Fort, trek to Fairy Pond, sunset, dinner, bonfire & overnight camping.
• Day 02: Breakfast and return journey to Karachi with a Hyderabad stopover.

• Lunch (1 time): Chicken Biryani, Raita, Salad, Cold drink, Water.
• Breakfast (1 time): Tea, Paratha, Anda, Channa (if available), Water.
• Dinner (1 time): Chicken Qorma/Karahi, Chapati, Raita, Salad, Cold drink, Water.
• Tea: 1 time during trip (at Bonfire).

Room: Rs. 7,000/- (2-3 persons)

• 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
• 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
• 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
• 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.

Notes:

• All advance payments are treated as 100% payment; refunds will be based on this.
• No refund will be issued for any unused services during the trip.
• Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days.

• Full payment must be made one day before departure.
• Undertaking/group registration form must be filled by each member.
• Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC.
• Child’s Birth Certificate/B-Form is mandatory; extra charges apply if age does not fall within the mentioned bracket.
• A photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples requiring a separate room.
• A minimum of 10–12 members is required for the trip; if cancelled due to low registration, paid members get a 100% refund or can transfer to the next trip.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings and trips at any time with refunds.
• Itineraries and features may change due to improvements or unforeseen circumstances; hotels may be substituted.
• If any spot is closed, the guide will decide an alternate route.
• In case of late arrival, the bus will leave after 15 minutes; no responsibility or extra expense will be borne.
• Eventica can cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with others.
• Members participate at their own risk; the company is not liable for loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expenses.
• No refunds if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
• No refunds in case of rain, storm, landslide, road closure, accident, mechanical issues, strikes, protests, or political unrest.
• Any additional expenses due to such situations will be borne by the member.
• Eventica is not responsible if any passenger carries unlawful items or irregularities including weapons/drugs.
• Eventica may cancel booking at any time for failure to follow terms and conditions.
• Service-related complaints must be reported immediately to the group leader; post-trip complaints will be reviewed but without guaranteed compensation.
• Any damage to camp/hotel room, vehicle, or facilities caused by a participant will be charged directly.

• Departure details (tour guide info, etc.) will be shared on Friday after Jummah; stay in contact with the guide once details are provided.
• Every participant must carry their original CNIC; married couples needing a separate room must bring a CNIC or Nikah Nama copy.
• Travel light—ideal luggage weight is 3 KG; carry a backpack to avoid carrying heavy luggage everywhere.
• For gents: jeans, trouser, shirt/T-shirt, joggers, and a jacket.
• For ladies: comfortable suit, jacket, joggers, and a shawl.
• Be punctual for all departures; late arrival may result in being left at the designated location.
• Travel like a family—stay connected, stay safe, and respect the locals.
• Do not pollute the environment; penalties apply for violations.
• Read terms and conditions carefully; violations may lead to trip cancellation on the spot.
