HUNZA, SKARDU, NALTAR AND BESHAM

• Day 01: Pick-up from Islamabad, visit Faisal Masjid & Pakistan Monument, then travel to Besham for overnight stay.
• Day 02: Early departure for Hunza with sightseeing stops at Chilas, 3 Mountain Junction & Rakaposhi View Point; overnight in Hunza.
• Day 03: Explore Central Hunza – visit Altit & Baltit Forts, Karimabad Bazaar, and Ganesh Settlement; overnight in Hunza.
• Day 04: Day trip to Upper Hunza covering Attabad Lake, Hussaini Bridge, Passu Cones & Sost; return and overnight in Hunza.
• Day 05: Travel to Naltar Valley via Nomal, enjoy snow leopard viewing, then continue to Gilgit for overnight stay.
• Day 06: Drive to Skardu via Shahrah-e-Baltistan, visit Lower Kachura Lake, and stay overnight in Skardu.
• Day 07: Full-day trip to Shigar Valley, Manthokha Waterfall & Sarfaranga Cold Desert; return to Skardu for overnight stay.
• Day 08: Visit Basho Valley (off-roading) or Khaplu Valley (Khaplu Fort, Chaqchan Mosque, Crystal Lake); overnight in Skardu.
• Day 09: Depart early from Skardu for Besham/Mansehra with short sightseeing stops en route; overnight stay.

• Personal trekking equipment.
• Extra expenses due to natural causes or political reasons.
• Any tips.
• Activities such as chairlift, zipline, cable car, boating, rafting, jet ski, parasailing, etc.
• Anything not mentioned in the “Services Included” section.

Our Service Charges:

• In any sort of cancellation, 10% of the total package price will be deducted as Eventica’s service charges for cash refund.
• 5% of the total package price will be adjusted within the next 3 months of the booking (new package price may vary depending on the season/off-season).

*This service charge will be in addition to any cancellation applied for the hotel or transport.

Hotels:

• Before 2 weeks: 100% refund to be made.
• Before 1 week: 75% refund to be made.
• Between 1 week and 24 hours: 60% refund to be made.
• Within 24 hours due to flight cancellation, road block, or landslide: 60% refund to be made or booking can be adjusted within the same calendar year subject to availability.

*Some hotels don’t provide refunds as per the above policies and only allow adjustments within the next calendar year. Kindly confirm with your agent before booking if any hotel included in your itinerary follows this policy.

Transport:

• Before 1 week: 100% refund to be made.
• Between 1 week and 24 hours: 1 day car rental will be charged.
• Within 24 hours: A minimum of 2 days’ car rental will be charged.
• Refunds for bus, airline, or train tickets will be subject to the respective service provider’s refund and cancellation policies. Eventica Travels will facilitate the process but will not be liable for any deductions or delays as per the transport operator’s terms and conditions.

Notes:

• Hotel and transport cancellation charges will be applied in addition to the service charges amount.
• The refund amount will be processed within 4-5 working days.
• No refunds shall be made in case of non-utilization of any service during the trip including jeep ride, day visit, or any other services.

• Full payment must be made three days before departure. Driver details will not be provided before payment.
• Hotel check-in time is 02:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. (International Standard Time)
• Eventica Travels is not responsible for any last-minute changes made by the hotel, such as changes to room category, booking, or cancellations. However, we will do our best to help by offering other options provided by the hotel or arranged by our team.
• As the hotel name is provided in advance, if the client is dissatisfied with the hotel upon arrival and requests a change, any additional charges will be borne by the client.
• Any upgrade in room category provided by the hotel upon check-in is at the hotel management’s sole discretion. Whether offered for one night or for the duration of stay, it is entirely by the hotel management and not part of our service commitments.
• Eventica Travels cannot guarantee allocation of adjacent rooms or rooms on the same floor in case of more than one room in a booking.
• Triple/Quad sharing will be adjusted on a mattress.
• Twin sharing room is ONLY provided to a married couple, two females/males, or siblings. A photocopy of Nikkah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for married couples requiring a separate room.
• Bus/Air/Train tickets are subject to availability. If available upon checking, reservation will only be guaranteed upon transfer of payment. Airfare is subject to continuous change; kindly confirm the final fare before payment.
• Eventica Travels will bear no responsibility in case of any cancellation/modification of train, bus, or air tickets by the service provider.
• Driver will turn off AC/Heater in certain hilly areas, so kindly cooperate with the driver/tour guide in these situations. Please note that during stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for passengers remaining inside.
• In case of closure of any spot mentioned in the itinerary, an alternate route for the day will be made by the operations team.
• No refunds shall be made in case of rain, storm, landslide, road closure, accident, flat tire, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests, or any other form of political unrest.
• Any additional expense shall be borne by the member in case of any above-mentioned scenario.
• Any hike in fuel price before the start of the trip will lead to additional charges in the package price.
• Members shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense which may arise during the tour.
• Eventica Travels will not be held responsible if any passenger carries unlawful items or irregularities including weapons/drugs.
• Eventica Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.

• • Departure details such as driver and tour guide information (if required) will be provided a day before departure. Once received, kindly coordinate with the driver for pickup.
  • Every guest must carry his/her original CNIC.
  • Please keep personal toiletries and a water bottle for the trip.
  • During stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for the passengers remaining inside.
  • Travelers must carry essential medications such as road sickness medicine, Panadol, and Flagyl.
  • Carry enough cash for personal expenses as ATMs may not be available at all locations.
  • Expect weak or no mobile network in certain areas. Carry a power bank as charging facilities may be limited.
  • At high altitudes, guests may experience dizziness due to low oxygen levels. Parents with infants, the elderly, and asthmatic patients are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions.
  • The Hunza region’s water color may appear dark but it is 100% safe and healthy, containing natural silicate minerals from glacial sources that meet all health standards.
