07:30 AM: Meet up at Parking Area, opposite Saima Mall, near Millennium Mall, Gulshan-e-Jamal
08:00 AM: Departure from Karachi
10:30 AM: Brunch stop at Winder
11:30 AM: Departure for Ormara Beach
04:00 PM: Reach Ormara Beach & Settle down in Camp/ Room
04:30 PM: Multiple Activities (i.e. Volley Ball, Foot Ball, etc.)
05:30 PM: Hi-Tea
06:00 PM: Beaching and sunset view at Ormara Beach
06:30 PM: Continue Activities
09:00 PM: Dinner time

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Few hours deviation in the basic itinerary is normal.
Services Included
- A/C Transportation Karachi to Karachi.
- Accommodation in Camp/Room at Resort.
- 5 Times Meal (1 Brunch, 1 Hi-tea, 1 Dinner, 1 Breakfast and 1 Lunch).
- Services of Tour Manager/ Guide (to look after meals, accommodations, give knowledge about the cultural and historic landmarks).
- Bonfire with Tea.
- Music OR Movie night arrangements.
- All kinds of tolls and taxes.

- Basic First Aid Kit.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
- Personal trekking equipment.
- Personal Clothing.
- Extras at resort like hot/soft drinks, laundry and phone calls.
- Insurance liability medical aid, and helicopter rescue coverage.
- Any kind of expense incurred if anyone leaves a trip at any stage due to any reason.
- Anything thing other than mentioned above in the “Cost Include” area is not included in the cost.
INSTRUCTION & Policy
- 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
- 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
- 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
- 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.
Note:
Amount paid in advance will be considered as 100% payment and a refund
will be made accordingly.
- 1. Full payment must be made before the departure date. Partial payments are not accepted and departure details will not be shared.
- 2. Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc will be provided on the departure day i.e. Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once you get the tour guide’s name/ contact number, Kindly coordinate with the tour guide for further correspondence.
- 3. Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC Also, a Photocopy of Nikah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for those married couples who need a separate room.
- 4. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking (Ideal luggage weight should be 05 KG). Also, carry a bag pack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
- 5. For Gents, keep a pair of jeans, trouser, few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, jacket, gloves (optional), thermal (optional) and you’re good to go.
- 6. For Ladies, keep 3-4 suits, jacket, gloves (optional), thermal (optional), joggers and a shawl.
- 7. Bring your toiletries. (Tooth paste, face wash, etc.)
- 8. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
- 9. Keep a Raincoat/Umbrella.
- 10. Keep a trekking stick (optional).
- 11. If you have any specific medical condition or require medication, please let us know beforehand.
- 12. Travelers must carry essential medications, such as road sickness medicine, Panadol, and Flagyl.
- 13. Carry enough cash for personal expenses as ATMs may not be available.
- 14. Please be Punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being dropped at anywhere/ anytime.
- 15. Seat arrangements during the trip are not pre-planned. Prior reservation of seats is not possible for any member. Eventica Travels doesn’t differentiate between front and back seats in the coaster/ Grandcabin. Please cooperate with other members and tour guides in this matter, especially considering the elderly if traveling with you. Seats can be changed with mutual understanding amongst the members.
- 16. Make sure you travel like a family and make all its members safe and connected to each other while respecting the locals.
- 17. Members should report an hour before departure time.
- 18. Carry a power bank as charging facilities may be limited.
- 19. Also, please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandoning your trip on the spot.
- 20. Please note that during stopovers, the Vehicle will be turned off for the passengers remaining inside.
- 1. Undertaking/ group registration form is mandatory to fill by participant.
- 2. Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/ B-Form is mandatory at registration. If a child does not fall within our mentioned age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge the additional amount.
- 3. Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called off by EVENTICA due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
- 4. Twin sharing room will be ONLY allotted to a married couple, 2 females/males or siblings.
- 5. Please ensure to follow the tour guide’s instructions.
- 6. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. EVENTICA will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident.
- 7. Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, EVENTICA can cancel his/her trip at any time.
- 8. EVENTICA is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents OR the loss of any kind of valuable item.
- 9. No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
- 10. No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control such as rains, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents,flat tires, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests, or any other form of political unrest.
- 11. In case of the closure of any spot in the itinerary (other than already mentioned), the guide will determine an alternate route for the day after concensus of the group.
- 12. Extra expenses shall be borne by the client in case of any natural disaster/ Landsliding.
- 13. EVENTICA can cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
- 14. Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
- 15. Any hike in fuel price before the start of trip will lead to additional charges in the package price.
- 16. We advise confirming your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slots before they are fillled.
