• 15. Seat arrangements during the trip are not pre-planned. Prior reservation of seats is not possible for any member. Eventica Travels doesn’t differentiate between front and back seats in the coaster/ Grandcabin. Please cooperate with other members and tour guides in this matter, especially considering the elderly if traveling with you. Seats can be changed with mutual understanding amongst the members.

• 18. FACT ABOUT CHILAS STAY: It is located along the Karakoram Highway, connecting Islamabad to Hunza and Skardu, serving as a convenient rest stop for travelers on long journeys. Chilas experiences hot weather and accommodation in Chilas is generally of a low category but provides essential amenities including air-coolers, but may lack the comfort and facilities found in Islamabad or other destinations. Keeping the plan in mind, Chillas/ GonarFarm is chosen as the next destination is a further 4 hours away. It’s advisable to manage your expectations accordingly.
• 19. Hunza Region’s watercolor is dark but it’s 100% safe & healthy. Basically, the water contained certain silicate minerals originating from the surrounding glacial mountains and the people drink the glacial water containing all those minerals. So, the Hunza region is safe and meets all health standards.
• 20. Expect weak or no mobile network in certain areas. Carry a power bank as charging facilities may be limited.
• 21. Also, please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandoning your trip on the spot.

• 23. At high altitudes such as Deosai National Park, Khunjerab Pass, and Babusar Pass, guests may experience dizziness due to a lack of oxygen in the air. Parents with infants, the elderly, and asthmatic patients are strongly advised to take appropriate measures to mitigate this discomfort.

• 1. Undertaking/ group registration form is mandatory to fill by participant.
• 2. Providing the child’s Birth Certificate/ B-Form is mandatory at registration. If a child does not fall within our mentioned age bracket, Eventica Travels reserves the right to charge the additional amount.
• 3. Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called off by EVENTICA due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
• 4. The above mentioned hotels are subject to availability and might be changed during peak season.
• 5. Twin sharing room will be ONLY allotted to a married couple, 2 females/males or siblings
• 6. Please ensure to follow the tour guide’s instructions.
• 7. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. EVENTICA will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident.

• 11. No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control such as rains, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents,flat tires, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests, or any other form of political unrest.
• 12. In case of the closure of any spot in the itinerary (other than already mentioned), the guide will determine an alternate route for the day after concensus of the group.
• 13. Extra expenses shall be borne by the client in case of any natural disaster/ Landsliding.
• 14. EVENTICA can cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
• 15. Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
• 16. Air Fare & availability is based on continuous change; any sudden change after payment will be communicated.
• 17. Any hike in fuel price before the start of trip will lead to additional charges in the package price.
• 18. We advise confirming your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slots before they are fillled.
