TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Total payment to be made before the start of the trip.
- Twin sharing room is ONLY allotted to a married couple, 2 females/males or siblings.
- Hotel Check-in is from 02:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM; early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC. Also, a Photocopy of Nikah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for those married couples who need a separate room.
- If accommodation is given in triple/ quad sharing, then rooms will be provided in master/ triple bed with mattress.
- Payment should be done via CASH / BANK TRANSFER/ CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD.
- Any hike in fuel price before the start of trip will lead to additional charges in the package price.
- The maximum allocation for local vehicle duties is 12 hours, concluding no later than 09 PM. Requests for extended availability may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- EVENTICA is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents OR the loss of any kind of valuable item.
- No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control such as rains, storms, flood, land sliding, road closure/ protest, accident, flat tires, engine failure, or other vehicle mal-function etc.
- Extra expenses shall be borne by the client in case of any natural disaster/ Landsliding.
- Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
- We do not guarantee availability of AC in the room/ hotel.
- Driver may turn off AC in certain hilly areas so kindly cooperate with the driver/ tour guide in these situations.
- Please note that during stopovers, the AC/ Vehicle will be turned off for the passengers remaining inside.

TRAVELLER’S INSTRUCTION:
– Travelers must carry essential medications, such as road sickness medicine, Panadol, and Flagyl.
– Carry enough cash for personal expenses as ATMs may not be available at all locations.
– Expect weak or no mobile network in certain areas. Carry a power bank as charging facilities may be limited.
– At high altitudes guests may experience dizziness due to a lack of oxygen in the air. Parents with infants, the elderly, and asthmatic patients are strongly advised to take appropriate measures to mitigate this discomfort.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy:Â
Hotel:
– Before 2 weeks: 100% refund to be made.
– Before 1 week: 75% refund to be made.
– Between 1 week and 24 hours: 60% refund to be made.
– Within 24 hours for flight cancellation or road block or slides: 60% refund to be made or booking can be adjusted within the same calendar year subject to availability.
*Some hotels don’t proceed refund as per above policies and only allow adjustment within the next calendar year. Kindly confirm with your agent before booking if any hotel included in your itinerary is the same.
Transport:
– Before 1 week: 100% refund to be made.
– Between 1 week and 24 hours: 90% refund to be made.
– Within 24 hours: 80% refund to be made.
Service Charges:
– Cash Refund: In any sort of cancelation, 10% of the total package price will be deducted as Eventica’s service charges.
OR
– Payment Adjustment: In any sort of cancelation, the total package price can be adjusted after deduction of 5% service charges within next 3 months of the booking. (Package price may vary depending on the booking month) (shoulder/ peak/ off season month)
*No refunds shall be made in case of non-utilization of any service during the trip including jeep ride, day visit or any other services.

– Welcome and pick-up by our driver from desired location/ Islamabad Airport in Morning.
– Visit Faisal Masjid, Lok Virsa Museum, Pakistan Monument and Lake View Park.
– Departure for Besham by afternoon.
– Arrival at Besham and check-in at the Hotel.
– Overnight stay in Besham.
– Breakfast at Hotel
– Early morning departure for Skardu via Besham (Old KKH Road).
– Short stops at Summer Nala, Chilas, 3 Mountain Junction viewpoint, and Astak Nala for sightseeing and relaxation.
– Arrival at Skardu in late evening and check-in at the hotel.
– Overnight stay at Skardu.
– Breakfast at Hotel
– Travel Kachura.
– Visit Upper Kachura and enjoy boating.
– Visit Lower Kachura (Shangrila Resort) and spend leisure time enjoying its breathtaking views. (If open)
– Visit Katpana desert for star gazing (Optional).
– Travel back to hotel
– Overnight stay at Skardu.
– Breakfast at the hotel
– Visit Manthokha Waterfall and enjoy refreshments near the waterfall.
– Travel to Khamosh Waterfall and explore the beautiful waterfall.
– Spend some leisure time there.

– Departure for Khaplu Valley (3 Hours Distance from Skardu)
– Visit Khaplu Fort, Gwari Farms and Chaqchan Mosque.

– Overnight stay in Skardu.
* First priority is to visit Basho valley but incase of any issue/ road closure Khaplu Valley will be visited on this day.

– Visit Shigar fort and Ambrique Mosque
– Visit Sarfaranga Cold Desert to enjoy activities like Quad Bike, Jeep Safari, Motor gliding and horse riding. (Charges are not included in the package) (Activities are subject to availability)
